About Jacques Julmice

Jacques Julmice has been a licensed realtor since 2005, the same year he received his MBA from the University of Georgia. In his first year, Jacques sold $3 million worth of Real Estate. With an undergraduate degree in engineering, and experience as a professional photographer, Jacques brings a unique, multi-faceted approach to buying and selling homes in Georgia. He understands technology and knows how to use it to your advantage. Jacques' primary focus is to get you to the closing table. To achieve that goal, he gives every deal he manages all the attention he deserves to ensure all is taken care of in a timely fashion to avoid any surprises as the closing date approaches.
